A Holocaust survivor heads for America where she dreams of starting a new life, but finds it difficult to put the past behind her, especially when she's forced to relive the nightmare of Auschwitz.

Rebellious Lithuanian teenagers in early 1970s are immensely influenced by Western culture, especially Radio Luxembourg, the Rolling Stones and Woodstock. After taking part in a hippie camp at the seaside, problems start to ensue.
