Via a magic mirror, Twilight Sparkle travels into an alternate universe in order to recover a crown that was stolen from the Crystal Empire. Upon her arrival she is horrified to learn that she has turned into a human.

Sirens banished from Equestria, arrive at Canterlot High after sensing magic from the battle against Sunset Shimmer, turning the musical showcase into a battle of the bands to feed on disharmony. Twilight joins her friends to fight.

"Spring into Harvest Hills" is the second TV special produced for the Enchantimals cartoon series. The TV special ties into the Harvest Hills line.
