Cheech and Chong live in a decrepit old house and drive their neighbour crazy with their loud music, weed smoking and general anarchy and slacker view on life. Then Chong meets Cheech's Texan cousin Red and things kick up a notch.

Disguised as ice cream vendors, Cheech and Chong make--and subsequently lose--millions of dollars selling a batch of marijuana with an unusual side effect.

First time out of Michigan, Lily starts art school in LA and shares a house with other young artistic people. Both her teacher and a roomie/classmate show interest in her.

Cheech and Chong are hired to drive a limo from Chicago to Las Vegas by two shady Arabs--Mr. Slyman (Cheech) and Prince Habib (Chong). Unbeknownst to them, five million dollars of dirty money has been stuffed throughout the car.
