Marcel Romeijn

June 1944. A group of seven Dutch resistance fighters receive an important mission to help the allied advance into occupied Europe. The mission goes wrong and they are starting to suspect that there is a traitor in their midst.

Jos Bakker, a Dutch painter living in Berlin, is on a crossroad in his life. He needs to make a decision, either hold on to his freedom and his unattached way of life, or settle down and create a family with the woman he loves.
