Six "regular" guys leave their home and life in Fredrikstad in order to go to the World Cup in Germany to cheer on Norway.

The guys from the Ed Garage find themselves drafted for a National Guard maneuver. After an accidental meeting with a U.S. Admiral (Don Johnson), the six misfits turn out to be the only ones between able to stop a nuclear disaster.
