Jancsi reminiscences about Kata his childhood friend in WWII Budapest, They are separated as a result of 1956 revolution. Reunited as adults, they struggle with whether they will stay in each others lives.

A a comedy about a boy entering first grade and his classmates. We see their everyday life and their holidays, all through the eyes of a child. We find out that being a child is not as easy as adults make it out to be.
