Halfway into the Vietnam War (1959-1975), a special US combat unit is sent to hunt and kill the Viet Cong soldiers in man-to-man combat in the endless tunnels underneath the jungle of Vietnam.

A recently widowed family is forced to move into their uncle's salvage yard, and soon after the arrival of a mysterious foster child, a family secret starts to threaten their lives.
