Ko Hsiang-Ting

Peigang, his family's only son for three generations running, is to be executed on account of larceny, but not without the intervention of his grandmother.

A young couple desperately try to keep their love alive, while living in a haunted house.

This movie contains four separate stories, each by a different director. They are all ghost stories, including themes such as death wishes, prison, and alcoholism. Good and evil women play prominent roles in the various tales.
