Wang Feifei (王飞斐), formerly known as Wang Fei (王菲), is a Chinese actress born on July 10 in Hebei Province. She was a member of the Hebei Wushu Team (河北武术队). In 2008, she acted in her debut film, Wushu (武术之少年行).

On Earth, mermaids and dragons are hunted and killed by sea hunters. In the Republic of China, 1927, when Yu Zi Xiao was a little girl, her and her mother were captured for being mermaids. However, a young man was able to solely save Zi Xiao. A hundred years later, in an apocalyptic future during a massive storm, Zi Xiao ventures on land to find and thank the man that saved her. There she meets Gao Hong Tai who looks exactly like that young man. After spending time together, the two fall in love.
