This is story of homecoming from the late 1970s. Ten-years-old Vicky arrives at his grandparents' home in rural Kerala to attend his grandfather's funeral. The disjointed family gathers together for the sixteen-day funeral period....

Several members of a forest tribe head out to city to find a doctor when the village elder gets sick , which leads to many funny events as they leave their primitive habitat and experience civilized life for first time.
