Diana (Bunga Citra Lestari) lives in Kuala Lumpur following her husband who works there. Diana then applied to work at a company owned by Bossman. Bossman happened to be her husband's college friend while in America.

Bossman and his employees goes to Vietnam to find new workers for his company, but instead of getting new workers they got a lot of new troubles.
