A reporter and a psychic race to close the Gates of Hell after the suicide of a clergyman caused them to open, allowing the dead to rise from their graves.

A bunch of robbers flee a crime scene and end up splitting into three groups. With the police on their tail, one of the groups invade a home and take the family hostage.
