In pursuit of a fairytale romance with the man of her dreams, Layla must race through New York City to get her hands on the hottest ticket in town: the sold out Pentatonix Christmas Eve Concert.

Things go awry when British mentalist Derren Brown comes to Springfield. Homer gets hypnotized and believes he is Santa Claus, setting off a cheery chain-reaction through town.

Follows acapella group Pentatonix as they struggle to find inspiration for their annual holiday album, and to make things worse, their misguided manager mistakenly locks them in a magic mailroom.
