A prison riot breaks out at the moment of serial killer Ivan Moser's electrocution, after which Moser is not found. 18 months later, director Robert Edwards and company arrive to film an exploitation film titled Death House Dollies.

This film charts the relationship between a man imprisoned for drug smuggling and his wife and is being shot over the course of five years, a few weeks at a time.
